Wilbur Kelly Fraizer

Wilbur “Kelly” Fraizer, age 61 of Poland passed away March 12th, 2020.

He was born June 3rd, 1958 to the late Elston and Barbara (Day) Fraizer.

Kelly was outgoing, he enjoyed nature and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter Jessica Kilbride and her husband Jeremy; son Robert Voshel; grandchildren Olivia Stogsdill, Lillian Kilbride and Andrew Kilbride; brother Gary L. Fraizer and his wife Vicki; and sister Tammy Garner.

Funeral services for Kelly will be at 3:00 pm Saturday March 14th, 2020 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cloverdale Cemetery.
