Toni Phelps Obituary

Toni S. Phelps, age 48 of Spencer, passed away December 26th, 2025.

She was born February 15th, 1977 to Ronald B. Phelps and Alice F. (Lones) Cassell.

Toni is survived by her mother Alice (Steve) Cassell; daughters Bayli Cassell, Mercedes Phelps; stepson Devin Kersey; boyfriend Eugene Kersey; step-sister Hilary Vaughan; step-brother Ryan Cassell; grandchildren Marley Kersey and Kayden Kersey.

She is preceded in death by her father Ronald Phelps.

A Memorial service for Toni will be held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm Saturday January 17th, 2026, at the Spencer First Assembly of God 428 S. Washington St. Spence, IN. Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfunerals.net
