Sandra Kay (Boone) McKee

Sandra Kay McKee, age 73, of Reelsville, passed away November 26, 2025

surrounded by her family. Sandy was born on June 16, 1952, in Indianapolis to the

late Herman and Sarah (Meadows) Boone. She married Danny McKee on March

18, 1972 and they shared 50 years of marriage before Danny passed December 22,

2022. 

She is survived by her two children Daniel McKee and his wife Margie, Lisa

Perkins and her husband Michael. Grandchildren Kylie Reberger (Denver),

Kendrick McKee (Sydney), Lilly McKee and Dalton and Dylan Perkins. Great

grandchildren Addie and Evan Reberger and Owen and Ozzy McKee. Siblings

Diana “Susie” Brim, Connie Boone, Jeff Boone and several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her husband and parents, Sandy is preceded in death by her grandson

Jacob McKee. Sister Cathy Bray and brothers Mark Boone, Doug Boone and

Stanley Boone. 

Sandy loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart. She was an

amazing mother, grandmother and friend to many. She was very special to a lot of

people and will be missed dearly. 

Services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to

Whitaker Funeral Home in Cloverdale. The family asks that those who wish to
