Kathy ‘Kati” S. Small age, 72 of Cloverdale passed away January 7th, 2026.
She was born February 10th, 1953 to Joyce (Maiden) Ray and the late Dan E. Ray.
Kati married Randy Martin October 24th, 1970 and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter Shannon (Eddie) Fisher; soulmate Richard Brown; sisters Patsy Crider, Tammy Ray (Steve); brother James (Sondra) Ray; 5 grandchildren and a great-grandchild on the way.
A Graveside service for Kati will be held at 1:00 pm Monday January 12th, 2026 at Mannan Cemetery. Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfunerals.net
