James Watkins II, age 69 of Quincy, passed away December 2nd, 2025. He was born May 18th, 1956 to the late Cleo and Mary (Greene) Watkins.

He is survived by his sons James Watkins III, Jacob Watkins; daughter Vanessa Cooper; brothers Steve Watkins, Jerry Watkins, Russell Watkins; sister June Watkins-Strietelmeier and 3 grandchildren.
