Frances Neal Obituary

Frances C. Neal, age 87 of Indianapolis, passed away May 28th, 2021.

She was born October 31st, 1933 in paragon, IN to the late Clarence and Lucille (Ratts) Warthen.

Frances is survived by her daughter Cindy (Ken) Elliott; son Mark Anthony (April) Neal; brother Rex Alan Warthen; grandchildren Jennifer Elliott, Steven Elliott; great-grandchildren Zachary Williams, Ryan Williams, Trent Adkins, Lilly Elliott, Leah Elliott; and great-great- grandchild Benjamin Williams.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John E. Neal and her sister Carolyn Mills.
