Barbara V. Graves

Barbara V. Graves, age 79 of Martinsville, went to be with the Lord July 1st, 2022.  She was born April 23rd, 1943 in Brownsville, Texas to the late Austin and Margaret (Hofer)Delp.  She married Donald I. Graves Jr. May 27th, 1961 and he survives.  She was a member of the Eminence Baptist Church and the Eminence Order of the Eastern Star. 

In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Michelle Graves, Donnielle Fowler and husband Bill, and Erin Graves.  Nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.  Also, her brother Joseph Delp.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Sharon Sanders, and her grandson Kyle Marcum.

Memorial Services for Barbara will be held Saturday, July 9th at 12:00pm, Eminence Baptist Church.  Visitation will be held from 10:00am until service time.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Eminence Baptist Church.  Condolences may be made at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
