Arthur L. Adams

Arthur L. Adams, age 70 of Cloverdale passed away July 14th, 2021.  He was born in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Arthur and Frances (Parson)Adams.  He married Frances Joyce (Johnson) October 31st, 1969 and she survives.  He worked for Ford Motor Company for 30 years, and was a natural born hot rodder.  He belonged to the Liars Car Club, and was a member of the UAW 1111. As a member of the UAW 1111 he was community service chairman and trustee for many years.  Through these two positions he serviced the community and union well.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Arthur Adams II and wife Rebecca, and Jeffery Adams and wife Lisa.  Grandchildren, Laline Honeycutt, Arthur Adams III, Aaron Adams, Jasmine Adams, Austin Adams, Chloe Gardner, Ava Gardner, Aiden Adams, Luna Honeycutt, Arianna Adams, Celeste Honeycutt with one on the way. Also, his sister Arlene Lines.

Visitation will be held Saturday July 17th, 2021 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm, Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.  Funeral Services will be held on Sunday July 18th, 2021 at 3:00pm with burial following in Boone Hutchison Cemetery.  Online condolences may be sent at www.whitakerfuneralhome.net
